With specially equipped Automatic Turning machines and Thread Rolling machines, we can manufacture Terminal Pins in the diameter range of 2.4 mm to 6 mm and lengths up to 2000 mm.
We also have captive capacity for Nickel Plating.
Inspection equipment includes snap-gauges, outside Micrometers, Vernier Calipers & thread gauges. Raw material testing is out sourced from capable and reputed laboratory.
Packing quantity is assured by digital weighing-counting machines.

Mild Steel wire (low-carbon) Annealed & Bright Drawn. Pins can be supplied in natural finish or Electro-Nickel plated.
Stainless Steel AISI 304, 304L
Stainless Steel 430L
Any other material can be added as per customer requirement.

All wires comply to RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) limits as adopted by the European Union.

Wire diameters in the range 2.40 to 5.50 mm.
Standard lengths are in the range 40 mm to 500 mm - Length up to 2000 mm can be manufactured.
The element end can be turned within diameter range 1.50 mm to wire diameter.
Any combination of wire diameter with or without threads can be supplied
